To support our 5-person Retail Operations team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Trainee to join our headquarters in Huntsville, AL for a 12-month period starting on June 1st.


Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail Operations department
  • Assist with internal projects: streamlining processes, implementing digital tools, etc.
  • Create presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Prepare reports
  • Perform general administrative tasks: ordering, taking minutes at internal meetings, organizing travel arrangements

Your qualifications:

  • Completed studies and preferably some practical experience in the retail or operations field
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High flexibility, communication skills, and aboveaverage service orientation
