Kollabo's digital ecosystem connects craftsmen, staffing agencies, and construction companies, revolutionizing the way qualified craftsmen are matched with job opportunities.


Your Role:


As a Sales Consultant at Kollabo, you will be responsible for acquiring new partners from the staffing industry, as well as commercial and technical deployment companies.

You will also support us in recruiting and managing qualified craftsmen.

Your Profile:


  • You take responsibility for acquiring new staffing agencies as clients and managing craftsmen on our platform
  • Proactive and goaloriented communication is one of your strengths
  • Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce
  • You have a structured approach and act independently to achieve your goals
  • Previous experience in sales and acquisition is a plus
