Training as a Nursing Specialist

An overview of the training:

  • Generalist nursing training, meaning that nursing and related scientific content for all age groups (infants to elderly) and all settings (inpatient acute, long-term, and outpatient care) are taught together
  • As part of the generalist training, we offer two options for specialization: pediatric nursing and hospital nursing. Depending on the number of interested trainees, we also offer the opportunity to obtain a degree in pediatric nursing in the third year of training
  • Promotion and development of trainees' skills and competencies
  • Close integration between theoretical and practical training
  • Professional relevance and scientific up-to-dateness of the content and methods offered
  • Individual orientation based on the needs of the trainees

To apply for a training position as a nursing specialist, you need to have a minimum language level of B2.
