There, interdisciplinary teams - consisting of product developers from the Würth Group, scientists from various universities and research institutes, as well as users from the crafts and industry - work on innovative product and system solutions, shaping the realignment of our company together under one roof.

We are looking for you as a structural engineer for fastening technology in timber construction.

  • Development of innovative new products with a focus on structural timber construction as well as optimization of our existing products for future applications in timber construction.
  • Analysis and development of product ideas in the field of structural timber construction and engineering timber construction.
  • Preparation of structural calculations for timber structures and test setups.
  • Conducting analyses and product testing.
  • Ensuring compliance with norms and regulations in timber construction.
  • Creation of project plans and coordination of project activities.
  • Collaboration with product management, purchasing, sales, and external partners.
  • Accompanying the entire product approval process, such as building code approval.
