Educator* as Director We are the "Schwabinger Stifte" - a small, private kindergarten for children aged 2-6 in the heart of Schwabing.

We are often asked why we chose the name "Schwabinger Stifte".

Well, "Stifte" are small and colorful and leave their marks on paper, just like our "Stifte" leave their marks on our hearts.

Each child shines in their own unique colors. That's why diversity and heterogeneity are so important to us. The more diverse the color box, the more colorful the picture. And who wants a color box with only red or blue pencils? This mindset guides our daily work.

Because in order to express the individual colors of the children, it is important for us to closely accompany their personal development, strengthen their self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-efficacy through participation and democratic involvement, and fundamentally design the concept of the facility with a focus on the child.

Of course, this requires a well-staffed and motivated team. And that's what we have.
