    Job Description:


    The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in the technical installation and configuration of the Customer's database, as well as support them during Go Live activities.

    They possess a power-user level understanding of the system's functionality and configuration to help ensure a successful database implementation.

    The Implementation Specialist thinks critically to triage and troubleshoot medium to high complexity issues in RamQuest's hosted solutions as well as escalate to the appropriate team members and departments when necessary and possess a moderate understanding of enterprise solutions and infrastructure.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Maintain a power user level understanding of our proprietary products, integrations, and environments.
    Assist with special projects facilitated by the Sr. Implementation Specialists and department heads.
    Customize and configure systems to match customer specifications.
    Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements.
    Manage system functions - including setup, maintenance, data loads, user setup and administration for assigned systems.
    Manage client communication throughout the implementation process, provide feedback, follow up and assistance.
    Manage multiple implementations, while maintaining on-time deliverables


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CONTINUED:
    At a minimum, the ability to work from _8:00_a.m. to _5:00_p.m Monday through Friday.
    Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.
    Ability to accept supervision.
    Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
    Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and
    customers by email, phone and in person.
    Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the Company.
    Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    2 years of experience with system implementation, configuration and installation
    1 years of experience with SQL, including applying SQL script to SQL database
    Experience with Active Directory and Citrix
    Strong technical aptitude, enjoys troubleshooting intermediate to complex technical issues
    Advanced communication skills, able to concisely & effectively explain technical information to
    non-technical end users.
    Service -oriented, establishes rapport quickly, with new customers, over the phone and in-person
    Previous title insurance and escrow industry experience, helpful
    Excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
    Must be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to multitask
    Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate
    executives
    Must be flexible with a can-do attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high
    pressure situation
    Ability to retain and protect confidential material
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
