Housekeeping Staff (m/f/d)

As a company with a long-standing tradition, Valere Seniorenpflege und Wohnen GmbH operates two full-care and one part-care facility with a total of 140 beds in Delitzsch and Löbnitz.

In addition, our home care service provides care for people in the region. Our 140 employees are dedicated to putting the individual at the center of our work.


Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring optimal, residentoriented housekeeping services in our fullcare facility
  • Cleaning according to schedules and standards
  • Laundry services according to schedules and standards
  • Meal services according to schedules and standards
  • Good communication within the housekeeping department and across departments

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in housekeeping or extensive experience in professional housekeeping
  • Soft skills: commitment, loyalty to the company, reliability, teamwork, communication skills, ability to work independently
