Job Description:

We are currently seeking a (Junior) Team Leader / Specialist (m/f/d) for our friendly and fast-growing team in Pforzheim. In this role, you will act as the interface between the team and team/ project management.

You will be the first point of contact for your colleagues and responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient customer service within your team.

Your Responsibilities as (Junior) Team Leader:

Previous leadership experience is beneficial but not mandatory, we also welcome career changers
After comprehensive training, you will support the team/ project management in quality management and conduct trainings and feedback discussions with team members
You will work on continuous analysis and optimization of work processes
As (Junior) Team Leader, you will ensure the quality and productivity of your team
You will handle escalation cases
You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal

Your Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable education
You have strong communication skills in German, can keep a cool head in stressful situations, and are a determined team player
You possess social competence and have a positive attitude
Ideally, you have some experience in leading a team
You are familiar with using a keyboard and PC
