Your mission:

You are an experienced, passionate and hands-on Data Lead (all genders) who brings together the domains of Technology & Data, Communications and Business to find solutions for business problems and innovate new products and services.

Your main responsibilities are:

You are a data evangelist and storyteller, promoting a datadriven culture throughout the company.
You will work with a crossfunctional team of experts from various departments (such as marketing, sales, customer support, finance, digital products, and engineering) to develop RECUP's data strategy and ensure data governance across the company.
You will assess the current state of data usage and identify untapped business potential.
You will ensure that we have the necessary tools, technologies, and methods in place to acquire, connect, and analyze essential data.
You will be responsible for establishing a robust data infrastructure and architecture to support the implementation of a data and digital transformation strategy.
You will assist in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and dashboards across all departments to enable datadriven decisionmaking.
You will drive the integration of data from various touchpoints along the customer journey, such as implementing a datadriven attribution model.
In the future, you will manage a team of data experts to build and maintain a Data Warehouse/Lakehouse, set up a Customer Data Platform (CDP), and implement methods like data activation and predictive analytics.
