This is your apprenticeship at Conway
  • Our professionals will show you how to plan, draw and determine the necessary materials for scaffolding for various purposes in the industry
  • The assembly and disassembly of safe scaffolding is always done in a team
  • You will also learn how to transport, store and maintain scaffolding components
  • As safety is always our top priority, we look out for each other and always use our safety equipment
  • Your vocational school lessons will take place in block form
This apprenticeship is a good fit for you if
  • You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate
  • You are interested in mathematics and technology
  • You enjoy hands-on work
  • You are comfortable working at great heights and enjoy working outdoors
  • You like working with others to achieve something together
  • You can express yourself in German
Good to know
  • The standard duration of the apprenticeship is 3 years and can be shortened with good performance
  • Tools and top safety equipment will be provided by us, and work clothing will be cleaned free of charge - we also reimburse travel expenses to vocational school and block training
  • With good performance during the apprenticeship, there is the possibility of a permanent position
