- This is a hybrid position; must be able to work between the hours of 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday
- Serve as primary point of contact for Narus Health client implementations
- Manage multiple, concurrent implementations within Client Analysis Tool (C.A.T.), ensuring a successful launch
- Partner with sales/account management to capture required content; build robust client profiles for the care team
- Screen feedback and requests from internal staff, broker, vendors, and clients; liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions
- Escalate to management any issues that will delay go-live of services to avoid service conflicts
- Coordinate implementation checklist until client profile is complete
- Manage Client Services inbox for workload management among client services team
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or Associate Science degree preferred
- Minimum (3) years client services/customer service experience within a corporate organization
- Strong project management experience is a must
- Medical/Healthcare experience desired
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent implementations, ensuring a successful launch for clients
- Maintain knowledge of Narus Health products and Lucent Health plans/systems
- Demonstrate excellent communication, troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently

Role Summary
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client implementations and additional administrative functions to support the success of our engagement with clients. The position involves proactively communicating with internal staff, brokers, vendors, and clients to maintain a win/win business partnership with Narus Health clients.
