- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Responsible for processing daily customer invoicing as well as weekly and monthly statements of outstanding A/R accounts
- Research and resolve A/R issues with customers by verifying validity of customer account discrepancies; obtain and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
- Assist in making customers collection calls to ensure collection of all monies due to the company.
- Process new customer credit applications and inquiries.
- Import online orders and Payments. Trouble shoot Discrepancies
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets and forms
- Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
- Order and oversee office supplies
- Perform other office duties as necessary
- 1-3 years of office experience working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and other common business processes and systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to support data quality and integrity initiatives
- Ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently within established time frames
- Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
