- Be responsible for leading and managing Power Platform projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
- Manage and perform the following tasks throughout the project course for the Microsoft Power Platform:
- Scope and Change Management
- Resource, Time, and Cost Management
- Communication
- Risk and Issue Management
- Project Tracking and Control
- Participate in Discovery Sessions which are used to gather requirements from project stakeholders.
- Lead or assist in steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all parties involved.
- Support and manage project scope, resources, project schedules, project risks/issues, and expectations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients and project team to understand business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools related to Power Platform implementation and support.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Project Management best practices including the creation of reusable assets, internal knowledge repositories, and team resources.
- Handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Managing project scope, budget, and resources effectively
- Understanding change management
- Building relationships with clients and partners through responsiveness, professional communication, and empathetic listening
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, highlighting or escalating concerns to the appropriate resource to keep project on time, on budget, and delivering to the client's needs.
- Prioritizing tasks and proactively communicating project status, issues, commitments, and risks to project team and clients on a regular basis
- Working in a highly collaborative team environment
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years managing or working within Microsoft CE or Power Platform projects.
- PMP and Scrum Master Certifications required.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a consulting or Professional Services setting
- Experienced supporting federal government contracts.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage project teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes/business process analysis
- Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using connectors, APIs, or custom development.
- A passion for Microsoft cloud technologies including Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems.
