Our project management team engages with business areas across the firm and is responsible for facilitating the development and delivery of creative design and digital and web-based business solutions that promote the Company's mission.


Your Impact:


You will be responsible for coordinating resources for project assignments and resolving problems of limited scope following specific processes and procedures.

Management for projects, such as strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, using established procedures; addressing project-level risks that may escalate to issues, as needed.

Working on multi-disciplinary projects will require a broad understanding of the firm and its key functions. Collaborating with internal business partners, you'll develop a solid understanding of change initiatives and business processes.

  • Utilize standard project management tools to effectively manage assigned efforts, including project work plans, risks and issues logs, and routine project status reporting
  • Facilitate project focused meetings ensuring the project team stays on track; following up on action items
  • Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills will be essential in this role

Qualifications:


  • 24 years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with project management software (preferably, Wrike or Asana)
  • Familiarity with using digital asset management systems (preferably, Widen)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Work will be reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy; successful outcomes are crucial to avoid delays that may lead to the allocation of additional resources.

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.


This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $76,000 - $114,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.

The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
