    Description
    Village Veterinary

    is seeking a Practice Manager to assist with leading a three doctor practice in beautiful Jupiter, FL. We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our full-service hospital.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead and develop direct reports.

    Partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience.

    Partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs.

    Manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management.
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    Develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
    We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:

    Experience required:
    Certified veterinary technician (CVT) or certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required.
    SHRM-CP, BS, MBA or other advanced degrees, are a plus.
