    Description
    20+ years of IT industry experience preferably in Services company delivering AMS, AD, transformation programs
    Experience in managing P&L revenue growth, profitability In operations
    Experience in handling a portfolio of customers 50 mil+ revenue span OR a single large customer
    Experience in leading teams on (i) Either SAP/Oracle ERP environments (ii) Digital transformation programs
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Experience in leading geographically distributed teams
    Experience in leading delivery organization on Agile / Product based operating models
    Strong knowledge of ITIL V3 processes and ability to lead team managing ITIL process in large customer environments 200+, delivering SLAs and contractual commitments
    Good orientation on modern technology adoptions RPA, AI/ML, Gen AI
    Drives continuous improvement in delivery organization and lead teams for excellent customer experience / ACSAT
    Self driven, highly motivated individual to face challenges, problem solving mindset
    Ability to lead Sales Cycle RFI/RFP process, solution mindset, P&L solution construct, execution foresight at deal process
    Ability to lead teams of size across geographies, constantly motivate and drive best outcomes
    Ability to understand client business and provide thought leadership
    Ability to manage suppliers, vendors and 3rd party IT vendors
    Forecasting Staffing Scheduling

    Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
