Description
Luvability Ministries is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to spearhead our next level of growth.

For 27 years in Michiana, Luvability has been devoted to fostering Christian community for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), alongside their families and caregivers.

Through partnerships with donors, churches, and businesses, we establish welcoming and inclusive spaces that nurture opportunities for worship, fellowship, growth, and service.

At Luvability, individuals with IDD are embraced as beloved by God, empowered to fully participate and thrive in Christian community.

Our ministries encompass a range of offerings, including weekly Worship Arts services, monthly Together community events, Summer Camps, life enrichment classes, caregiver support services, grief counseling, and celebrations of life ceremonies.

While we currently collaborate with our community partners for meeting spaces, our vision includes establishing a dedicated center. The Luvability Center will serve as our permanent home, enabling us to expand services and extend our impact.

This visionary endeavor will encompass enhanced day programs, specialized art facilities, and space for educational and service initiatives, ensuring that Luvability members will continue to flourish.

Luvability is embarking on an exciting journey of growth, sustainability, and unwavering commitment to enriching lives.

We seek an executive leader with a unique skill set and steadfast Christian faith, who will strive to lead the Campers, Caregivers, Staff and Volunteers by example in the way of Jesus through Christian precepts such as commitment in baptism, communion, and the worship of God in Christian community.
