Description

The Communications, Outreach, Recruitment, and Enrollment Team at the California Conservation Corps is looking to add a team member to support quality assurance and recruiter training leading to a smoother enrollment of Corpsmembers.

This is truly a unique opportunity to put your data aggregation, data presentation, and business analytics skills to work in a Salesforce and SharePoint environment with life transforming outcomes.

Your research-based strategy recommendations will inform CORE policy and processes that could be the difference in whether a young adult enrolls in our program.

This position is one of purpose and impact that you will be able to see daily as the stories of Corpsmembers launching their careers are created, developed, and shared by you and your teammates.

The position is located at th Street, Sacramento, CA While this position is based at the CCC Headquarters, travel to CCC centers may be required.

Limited telework opportunities may be available depending on operational need.

Hybrid - This position is classified as "Hybrid" and eligible for up to four days of telework per week.

The CCC is a dynamic organization committed to developing young adults by challenging them to complete a year of public service and conservation-related work.

Employees of the CCC are leaders who inspire, educate and challenge young people to further their educational and professional goals.

Ability to establish and maintain effective and beneficial relationships with internal and external customers.
Demonstrated experience interpreting policies, regulations, and laws.
Strong problem solving, decision making and critical thinking as well as good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and various customers professionally.
Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and flexibility as well as tact and good judgment.
Documented Salesforce knowledge and experience.
Documented training in SharePoint and data presentation.
Strong knowledge and experience with Excel, PPT, Visio.

Pay:
$3, $5,744.00 per month
