    Description

    Job Description/Responsibilities: Assist our physical and occupational therapist with providing physical and occupational treatment including exercises and activities with individuals. Performs a variety of individual care duties including personal care and provides training to the individuals in a variety of areas including physical and occupational therapy. Follows verbal and written direction in constructing, repairing, or modifying adaptive and/or functional equipment, uses appropriate tools for the assigned task. Notifies appropriate individual of any problems regarding adaptive and/or functional equipment Observe and maintain awareness of the individuals behavior and physical whereabouts to ensure their security and safety. Monitors individuals for any behavior which could be dangerous to self or others.

    Benefits

    Vacation : 15 days each year up to 5 years of service; 18 days each year from 5-10 years of service; 21 days each year for 10 + years of service
