**What youll do**
**Provide a safe work environment for our employees and visiting business partners**
**Champion lean culture such as 5S, Kanban, Standard Work, Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping**
**Oversee preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance activities for facilitys related equipment and buildings**
**Provide the team with clear goals, objectives, performance feedback and coaching while developing direct reports to improve the culture of the team and site**
**Manage staffing levels to meet business delivery and cost goals**
**Create a culture of communication and engagement across the team to drive change and gain commitment**
**Build and develop operational teams, using change management tools and employee feedback**
**Implement process improvements that drive productivity, cost, resource efficiency, and adherence to standards**
**Quickly resolve process defects thru robust problem-solving**
**Be an advocate for utilizing Danaher Business Systems (DBS) in everyday activities**
**Drive rigorous standard work processes utilizing established daily management systems for Tier reporting metrics and site goals**
**Who you are**
**Bachelors degree OR high school diploma plus 4 years of warehouse experience**
**3 years experience supervising or leading large teams**
**Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point**
**Oracle Business System experience preferred**
**Demonstrated team leadership, team collaboration, project management & problem solving**
**Proven ability to teach, implement, and sustain lean principles and processes**
