    Sales and Product Management : Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) ** Your tasks:**

    Technical and personnel management of the ATC sales team of five people

    Overall responsibility for worldwide ATC sales including preparing quotations for instruments and systems, from cost estimating to contract negotiations

    Strategic and operative management of the marketing of customer-specific instrument and system solutions, including holistic expansion in business development

    New development of the market as well as supporting the sales team in preparing complex quotations for systems

    Transforming the operational requirements into a technical solution, as well as deriving the technical product requirements

    Responsibility for market-relevant requirements for the development of future ATC products and system solutions

    Close interface management through the team to System Engineering, Product Management, Project Realization and R&D

    ** Your qualifications:**

    University degree in a technical field or similar discipline with extensive expertise in sales

    Well-founded skills in the fields of civil and / or military air traffic control, IP networks, standard protocols or similar

    Knowledge of procurement procedures for government contracts

    Experience in the ATC / ATM industry desirable

    Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new, complex topics, combined with excellent comprehension skills

    Ability to motivate and lead a team

    Willingness to travel internationally and excellent cross-cultural and interdisciplinary skills

    Solid command of written and spoken English in negotiation scenarios, other languages favorable
