As a Customer Care Sales Hero, you will be part of our growing team at one of our locations in Linz, Wels, or Vienna, and will be responsible for the customer service of our online shop in Austria and Switzerland.

Your mission is to put a smile on our online customers' faces and find the perfect solution for any problem - even after less than ideal purchasing experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Sales Hero, you will take responsibility for our customers' inquiries over the phone, via email, or in the XXXL chat. You will quickly and confidently find the best solution.
  • You actively contribute to projects and welcome opportunities for improvement to increase customer satisfaction.
  • With understanding and eloquence, you keep a cool head in all daily challenges.
  • You also coordinate touchpoints with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, marketing, and external suppliers.
