What you will do:

As a customer service representative (m/f/d), you will represent the largest German telecommunications providers in your daily work. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing optimal tariff advice. Whether it's business or private customers, your work is characterized by direct customer contact and diverse tasks.

We are looking for you at locations Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, Oberhausen, Gelsenkirchen, Herne and Bochum in many different exciting projects in inbound and outbound

Your tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Providing optimal advice on current offers & tariffs
  • Participation in customer retention and acquisition of new customers
  • You are actively involved in sales with up-/cross-selling
