The International Bund, located in Niles, IL, is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Central Management Director for our office in 60389 Frankfurt am Main.

With over 14,000 employees, we are one of the leading providers of youth, social, and educational services in Germany. Our motto is "Strengthening Humanity."

As part of the Central Management team, the Finance department oversees the areas of accounting, controlling, property management, resource management, and central treasury.

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our 8-person accounting team. We use the eGecko accounting software from CSS.

Your responsibilities:

Processing of central company accounts payable and receivable
Management of bank accounts and cash registers
Recording of travel expenses for central employees
Reconciliation of accounts between the HR department and the finance department
Various ongoing accounting tasks for the central office

Your profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship and experience in finance and accounting
Willingness to participate in business and structural change processes
Experience with modern IT systems, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest and enjoyment in the work, as well as communication and teamwork skills
Precise, reliable, independent, deadlineoriented, and responsible work ethic
