Our laboratory, founded in 1967, conducts laboratory investigations for general practitioners and clinics on a regional level. Since the 1980s, we have been processing analytical and diagnostic orders for the pharmaceutical industry.

Since the mid-1990s, we have been providing customer-oriented comprehensive services as a central laboratory for clinical trials in phases I-IV.

Since 2014, we also offer cell analytical testing of samples in the preclinical phase according to GLP and quality control testing in the production of active substances according to GMP.

The Dr. Spranger laboratory is accredited according to DIN EN ISO 15189 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

Clinical Chemistry Department, Your tasks:

General clinical chemistry:

Sample reception
Clinicalchemical and immunological procedures on highthroughput analyzers
Allergy diagnostics
Urine status and sediment
Electrophoresis
Ion meter
Osmometer

Special clinical chemistry:

Determinations on HPLC, gas chromatography, flame atomic absorption spectrometer, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer
Photometric tests
Determinations on the HPLC-MS/MS system using highperformance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry
Determination of urinary stones using ATR-FTIR
