MongoDB is hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join their innovative team!

The data management software market is huge, and MongoDB is playing a key role in transforming industries and empowering developers to create amazing apps. Job Title: Pre-Sales Solution Architect

What we are looking for:

5+ years of software development experience
3+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software
Proficiency in two or more modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#)
Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in selling databases or deploying applications with major cloud providers
Knowledge of database programming and data models
MongoDB Certification

Responsibilities:

Design systems, applications, and infrastructure using MongoDB
Advise customers on best practices for utilizing MongoDB
Communicate the business value of MongoDB solutions effectively
Support sales activities through technical demos, presentations, and documentation
Translate technical concepts into business benefits
Collect and relay feedback to the Product Management team
Participate in industry events and account-based marketing
Mentor other team members and share best practices
