How you can contribute to our team:
You can expect an agile environment where a lot is possible. As part of a small, collegial team, you will support the Human Resources department. This will give you deep insights into a diverse and varied working world and actively participate in day-to-day operations.

  • You will support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You will independently create contractual documents and certificates, as well as evaluations
  • You will be responsible for data entry and maintenance in the master data system and time tracking system
  • You will actively participate in daily operations and employee support
  • You will support the applicant management process from creating job postings to applicant communication and organizing interviews
  • You will enthusiastically take on project coordination and research tasks
