About the roleWe are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our growing recruiting team at our Menlo Park, CA headquarters In this role, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent.
Utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools, you will engage with passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technical disciplines for the roles that you are assignedResponsibilities:Review and screen incoming applications, assessing candidates' qualifications and alignment with position requirementsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of talentCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates for open positionsMeasure and communicate sourcing metrics with internal stakeholdersMay be involved with relevant talent forums to identify/target talentAble to identify relevant industry domain talent pools Requirements:5+ years technical sourcing experience in-house and/or at an agencyExtensive knowledge and use of boolean strings for candidate searchSolid sourcing fundamentals and fluency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or Seekout.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, uploading sourced candidates and facilitating movement through interview stagesExperience filtering incoming applicants and dispositioning candidatesExperience engaging and screening candidates for assigned rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholdersSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for innovation and continuous improvementDemonstrated success in identifying and engaging candidates that result in hiresAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesSpecific experience sourcing for a company in the tech industryAbility to commute to our Menlo Park headquarters 5 days a weekPreferred Qualifications:
