This position is a6 months contract
fully Onsite
based at Santa Clara, CA
Hourly pay rate :
$40-$45/hr
Responsibilities-
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Leverage multiple sourcing methods and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiter to understand the technical requirements of open positions and provide insights to improve sourcing efforts.
Suggest and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and high-quality talent.Screen and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and processes.
Stay organized and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Qualifications-
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience for engineering talent, preferablyagency recruiting.
Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior positions.Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
