As an expanding firm in insolvency administration, restructuring, and legal consulting, we are always looking for new team members. Your responsibilities:

You will work independently as part of the insolvency administrator's team. The scope and duration of any necessary training will be tailored to your level of knowledge. You will have the opportunity to independently manage insolvency proceedings from the application to the conclusion of the process. This includes assisting with investigations, administrative and liquidation tasks, as well as reporting and table processing. You will correspond with various parties involved in the proceedings, prepare documents and information, and initiate necessary measures. Depending on your abilities, experience, and interests, we will assign you to consumer insolvency, debt relief, and regular insolvency proceedings.

Your profile:

You have completed one of the above-mentioned training programs or another commercial training successfully and/or ideally, but not necessarily, have a solid knowledge and experience in handling insolvency
