Description

To strengthen our team at our location in Greenock, we are currently looking for qualified employees to support our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Server installations, both internally and at customer sites
  • Manufacturer-independent hardware support
  • Microsoft Exchange, Skype4Business, SQL Server, and Dynamics administration
  • Office 365 integration and administration
  • Consulting with our customers on system expansions and IT migration concepts
  • Maintenance of our applications at customer sites
  • Assisting our customers in implementing internal guidelines
    Participation in projects and project planning
  • Continuous optimization of systems and processes

Our ideal candidate

  • Completed education in the IT field or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the administration of heterogeneous networks
  • Experience with PC architecture, Windows operating systems, office applications, and network integration
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Skype4Business, and Office 365
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong social skills and effective communication abilities
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel
