Your challenges:

As a project assistant, you support project managers in administrative and technical matters.
Project administration includes tasks such as contract management, quotation comparisons, quotation creation, cost control, meeting organization, minutes taking, proofreading reports, creating presentations, and supporting the approval process with authorities, among others.
You also work on technical tasks such as creating flowcharts or schedules.
As part of the team, you will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders.
