    Description
    Welcome to the dynamic and challenging role of Program Manager. You will be a critical member of the APIX Team within the AR display team. As an operational program manager, you will get full involvement in facility operations, and improve team efficiency. Join us in this exciting opportunity to shape the future success of our organization through effective program management


    Responsibility:
    Structure and maintain Team wiki, and share server.
    Draft team documentation templates and formats.
    Provide team operation strategy.
    Support daily logistics.
    Help polishing drawings for better presentation and documentation.
    Budget planning and tracking.
    OKR planning and tracking, reporting


    Required skills:
    7+ years experience.
    Experienced in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slides, and experience designing document templates.
    Good writing/verbal communication skills.
    Faster self-learner.
    Experience with wiki, and task management tool editing.
    Web design experience, be able to make script/code changes.
    Photoshop and drawing tool (Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart) experience.
    Nice to have database experience.
    Skill at data visualization.
    Experience in budget planning, tracking, and analysis.
    Experience in operational strategy management.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
    Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
    Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
    Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
