    Job DescriptionNew opportunity in Two Rivers, WI for an Injection Molding Technician with a leading company in the area If you are seeking an environment where you can work collaboratively with a team, have open communication with leadership, and gain exposure to opportunities for learning & development this is the role for you. As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
    **This role is on 3rd shift**
    Responsibilities:
    • Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production and BOM specifications
    • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
    • Participate in Root Cause Analysis and apply corrective actions to minimize ongoing issues
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with injection molding machines
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma
    • Prior experience with injection molding or plastic manufacturing
    • Great computer literacy - Microsoft Office and ERP
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills for processing and robotics
    • Tooling knowledge
