    Are you a skilled and dedicated individual with a passion for maintaining precision tooling in injection molding processes? We are seeking a talented Tooling Maintenance Technician to join our client's innovative team.

    As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of injection molding tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform mold setups, changes, and routine maintenance to guarantee efficient and reliable tooling operation.
    • Troubleshoot and address mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues related to tooling promptly to minimize downtime.
    • Utilize CNC machining, grinding, and welding techniques for tool repairs and modifications.
    • Collaborate with the production team to schedule and implement preventative maintenance activities effectively.
    • Analyze and optimize tooling processes to enhance productivity and minimize disruptions.
    • Work with crossfunctional teams, including Quality, Processing, and Automation, to ensure seamless tooling operations.
    • Adhere to established safety protocols, identify and eliminate safety hazards, and contribute to a safe working environment.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Keep accurate records of tooling maintenance activities and implement improvements as needed.
    • Collaborate with tooling suppliers and external partners for repairs and enhancements.

    Key Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in tooling maintenance within injection molding manufacturing.
    • Strong knowledge of CNC machining, grinding, and welding techniques.
    • Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems related to tooling.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
