    We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team.

    As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects and providing detailed proposals.

    This is a crucial role in our organization, as your estimates will directly impact project budgets and timelines.
    ```Duties```

    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
    • Collaborate with clients and others to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
    • Utilize software to prepare detailed cost estimates
    • Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify any potential challenges or opportunities
    • Prepare comprehensive proposals that outline the scope of work, pricing details, and project timelines
    • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services
    • Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
    • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to provide ongoing support and guidance regarding cost control measures
    ```Requirements```

    • Proven experience in construction estimating Electrical and Drywall
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
    • Proficiency in using estimating software
    • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
    • Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors
    • Familiarity with project management principles and practices
    • Bilingual Spanish
