Oversee Physical Plant and Site of 50,000 SF Stone Fabrication Facility.

support of Fox slab and tile install teams.

Senior Project Manager/Review Engineer 7/13 – 7/22
Interface with General Contractors, Architects, and Direct Clients as needed to ensure successful projects, (via phone, video, text, email, or in-person).
Update and maintain the company project management dashboard.
Manage and track all company Change Orders created by myself or others as directed.
Review all Metro Shop Drawings for conformance with plans and specifications. Correct or have corrected by Engineering Dept. and issue to clients.
When receiving new architectural plans, specifications, red-lined drawings, requests for added scope, or changes in project conditions, confer with estimating and production departments to quantify impacts. Interface with clients for any needed clarifications.
Attend onsite meetings and walkthroughs including pre-bid, course of construction, or punch.
Perform field measurements of VIF conditions and help GC/client avoid “gotchas” such as misplaced MEP, ADA issues, or other problematic field conditions.
Sub-Contractors: Create Bid Packages with scope and drawings.
Request bids from install labor providers* based on project requirements, installer capacities, and capabilities. Log requests and note budget for the scope being bid on. Analyze bids and award to selected provider by issuing PO’s.
*Includes Specialty Material Buyouts, such as Epoxy tops, copper or stainless-steel custom fabrications, 3Form acrylic items, lockers, upholstered items, etc.
Safety Coordinator: Lead tailgate safety trainings and testing for shop and install personnel, Help formulate and implement company safety standards and procedures. Manage hazmat documentation.
