- Manage a caseload of lemon law matters, primarily focusing on defense work.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and strategy to clients.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure cohesive and effective representation of clients.
- Meet or exceed the firm's minimum billable requirement of 1900 hours annually.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing lemon law, personal injury, insurance defense work, civil litigation, with a focus on defense work.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
