To support the Berlitz team in Munich, we are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Orient, IA.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be at the center of our center, serving as the first point of contact for our customers.
  • You will independently handle administrative and organizational tasks related to the care of our corporate and private clients (coordinating teachers, answering phones, handling mail, materials, certificates, invoices, etc.).

Your profile:

  • You have a background in business or tourism and ideally have experience in customer service or office work.
  • You are communicative, customeroriented, and a team player.
  • You have strong organizational skills and flexibility.
  • You are highly motivated and take initiative.
  • You have excellent German, English, and computer skills.
