We are currently looking for a specialist in Miami, FL for our client, a computer specialist (m/f/d).
Profile:
- Successfully completed training in an IT profession
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in PC administration
- Indepth knowledge of client hardware (Dell) and printers Brother/Ricoh, as well as MS Windows 10
- Experience in IT helpdesk
- Experience with ITSM
- Excellent knowledge of Heat/DSM
- Client management, or other ticketing system
- Basic knowledge of network technologies
- Enjoyment of telephone communication
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Diligent and independent work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of standard client workstations, including standard software, using the software distribution solution DSM (companywide)
- Client management in DSM
- Integration of new drivers, patches, and updates
- Setting up printers and PC accessories
- Participation in first level and partial second level of the helpdesk, as well as coordination and transfer to the second level application management for selected PC applications
- Participation in IT projects
