    JUNK Brands is a Bentonville, Arkansas, based company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of the world's best performance headbands and apparel. With a strong product focus on quality, style, and functionality and an omni-channel sales approach, JUNK has established itself as a leading brand in the fitness and sports industries. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team.

    To be a successful NetSuite Developer, it is essential to recognize that your role extends beyond technical expertise. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our NetSuite solutions not only meet the technical needs of the organization but also align with our organization's overarching business strategies and goals. Your ability to work alongside our product manager and drive innovative changes supporting key business functions will be essential in driving our success.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • As a NetSuite Developer, your primary responsibility will be to engineer custom components, automation, and Suitelet applications that align with business objectives. These solutions should exhibit a high degree of resilience and scalability, while strategically integrating NetSuite standard methodologies and leveraging native functionality whenever feasible.
    • This role entails the creation, testing, integration, and debugging of code that is not only resilient and robust but also capable of delivering exceptional performance at scale.
    • Create and maintain functional/technical design specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements.
    • Provide technical and design expertise to the project team regarding application solutions and problem resolution.
    • Assist Product Managers in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, and project plans, including scoping and implementation.
    • Serve as technical point of contact for the NetSuite application and provide support for internal users.
    • Architect, design, build, and deliver NetSuite solutions for optimizing the usability and functionality of the system including customization and configuration, integration, and support case resolution.
    • Ensure systems integrations with NetSuite are built for scale to align with the growth of the company while maintaining accuracy and completeness of data flowing into NetSuite from our e-commerce platform, fulfillment center, and other third-party systems.
    • Work with the NetSuite and implementation partner teams on automating data integrations with NetSuite.
    • Maintain and audit user roles and ensure appropriate permissions/levels of access are assigned.
    • Maintain clear and detailed documentation on new features, enhancements, configuration, and customizations
    • Support all teams by actively identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering efficient and effective solutions
    • Lead root cause analysis where issues are noted and be a champion for prioritization and remediation
    • Work closely with cross-functional IT team to develop and test solutions
    • Stay ahead of the new NetSuite features and functionality and provide recommendations for improvements.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
    • Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
    • Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.
    • Deep knowledge of and experience with NetSuite technologies (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteCloud, etc.)
    • Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting and warehouse management.
    • Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows.
    • Business acumen and ability to connect business needs with the right technical solutions
    • The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
    • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail environment or a strong knowledge of retail business processes
    • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise applications, including at least 2 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform. Certified NetSuite Administrator preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the office
    • Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks, and expansive analysis and reading.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds infrequently
    • Travel within the United States and Mexico
