- Manage daytoday accounting operations and the fullcycle accounting process including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, taxes, and banking & cash management
- Own the monthend close process and all associated activity for multiple entities including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and reviewing financial statements
- Prepare monthly financials and reporting package for management and ownership including analysis of financial results and key performance measures
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team and ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and consistent with company policies
- Collaborate with senior management and business unit leaders to develop and manage budgets
- Manage cash flow forecasting and implement effective cash management and treasury strategies
- Coordinate with tax advisors for the preparation of yearend tax returns
- Manage regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with tax and other regulations
- Ensure proper accounting treatment and reporting for investments and transactions
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; proactively identify and drive accounting process and workflow improvements
- Provide leadership and vision for scaling the accounting team and financial systems infrastructure to accommodate business growth
- Provide financial and accounting support for the organization and manage special projects as directed by the CFO
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA designation is preferred
- Previous experience as a Controller
- Multientity accounting experience is required
- ERP systems experience, preferably NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Overview

The Controller will own the accounting function and oversee all accounting operations to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.
