    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for showcasing our properties to prospective residents, providing exceptional service throughout the leasing process, and contributing to the overall success of our leasing efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to showcase the benefits of living in our communities.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about available units, leasing terms, and application requirements.
    • Process rental applications, including verifying income, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
    • Follow up with prospects to secure lease agreements and ensure a smooth move-in process.
    • Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and assist with resident orientations.
    • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including traffic, leasing status, and resident communications.
    • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials and participating in outreach events as needed.
