    environmental, social, and governance

    (ESG) tax advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a ESG Senior Manager to join their dynamic team.

    Position responsibilities:


    Collaborating with Firm ESG Consulting lead, Director of Operations for Specialty Tax and Specialty Tax Lead to grow a new ESG tax practice.

    Providing service offerings around ESG Tax Consulting for Aprio's client base, including Energy Tax Credits, Investment Tax Credits, and strategic consulting
    Identifying opportunities and leading business development initiatives to grow this new practice area.
    Client management including writing proposals and completing pitches for new business
    Project and team management
    Researching and staying up to date on current events and issues, particularly legislation changes at the Federal and State levels, which includes attending trade shows
    Collaborating with other internal personnel on other related engagements

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree, CPA preferred but not required.
    Minimum 5 years' experience in tax, M&A, Finance or Accounting
    Passion for ESG and ESG related issues
    Curious about solving ESG Tax Problems
    Tax Technical knowledge/or willingness to learn tax rules and regulations in ESG related areas
    Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    Ability to master new tasks quickly
    Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity
    Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
    Demonstrated commitment to obtaining outstanding results
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
    Experience working with diverse teams
    Experience managing a team
