Your responsibilities with us will include:

  • You will be responsible for the proper personnel administration and support, especially in the areas of compensation and time management, for a defined group of employees within the RhönEnergie Fulda Group.
  • You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding compensationrelated questions, including time management, company pension schemes, and supplementary benefits.
  • Your structured work style ensures timely reporting and the preparation of certificates for health insurance companies, authorities, and employees.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating employment, interim, and training certificates, as well as service IDs and access cards.

Why you are a good fit for us:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable educational qualification with specialized training in payroll and salary accounting.
  • You have several years of relevant work experience, preferably in a company bound by collective agreements or in a payroll service provider.
  • In addition to a strong IT affinity, you have a good working knowledge of common HR systems, ideally SAP-HCM, and the MS Office package.
