- Experience and familiarity with using Go Systems is preferred, but not required.
- Under the direction of the Partners, effectively manages multiple projects and engagements simultaneously with superior customer satisfaction.
- Under the direction of the Partners, monitors project statuses to meet budgets, deadlines and quality control standards.
- Experience with effectively supervising, training and instructing lower level staff.
- Efficiently and accurately prepare, review and revise work papers.
- Experience communicating on behalf of client to tax authorities, including notices and examinations.
- Experience with preparing complicated tax returns for individual, corporate, partnerships and other type entities.
- Experience with meeting clients and establishing and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word) is a MUST.

The Tax Senior position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, must have the title of Enrolled Agent (EA) OR Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Also, a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in public accounting, with demonstrated advanced knowledge of tax accounting and proven experience in supervising staff and managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
