- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a Help Desk / Technical support role
- Good grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Certification Requirement: ITIL Foundation, Windows 10 Configuration.
- First point of contact for end users reporting technical issues via phone, chat, email, or web.
- Provide initial technical support for hardware, Operating Systems, sub-systems, and applications
- Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques
- Take full ownership of End User Issues until resolution and follow-up as required
- Log all incidents and requests in the ITSM tool
- Monitor issues from start to resolution
- Engage appropriate support teams or resources for issue resolution
- Adhere to documented policies and procedures
- Create a positive end user experience and maintain client confidentiality
- Identify major incidents and contribute to Knowledge Base development
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility in working from Office
- Understanding of Basic Networking, VPN, and Active Directory Skills
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS X, MS Office, Office365, and more
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
