This is your chance to help Setters set appointments, help people live green, save green, while you make green. Every solar job completed is like planting 140 trees per year. This is a win-win for everyone There is a lot of green to go around
Determination.

Train:
Train new reps on the doors through direct to home trainings.

We give you all the tools you need to make $35k-$75k a year starting out, with advancement opportunities, as well as direct sales marketing leadership, making over $150k+ per year
