Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time) at our Wallingford Center, CT location


At our stores, we offer our customers an experience beyond just a "bicycle shop." Our indoor cycling tracks, test simulators, and professional bike workshops create a world of adventure for our customers.

With over 500 employees at Fahrrad Franz GmbH, we are looking for team players who not only have a passion for sports, but are also ready to take on responsibility.


We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator (m/f/d) in part-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment process from job postings to conducting interviews and hiring new employees
  • Administrative tasks in the HR department
  • Maintaining employee records and digitizing personnel files
  • Time and data management
  • Creating employment contracts and references
  • Assisting the HR department with all administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in Human Resources, a similar qualification in the field of HR, or a completed vocational training with experience in HR
  • You have relevant work experience
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge of labor law
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • You are a team player and work independently, with strong communication skills and a drive for innovation.
