- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an excellent Sous Chef to support and assist the Executive Chef in leading our kitchen team and delivering outstanding dining experiences. The Executive Sous Chef will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain food quality and safety standards, and mentor and develop kitchen staff. This position requires strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
